The Fijian Drua coaching staff are meeting in Brisbane, Australia, today with head coach Mick Bryne.
This was confirmed yesterday by Fiji Rugby Union chief executive officer John O’Connor.
The Drua franchise is preparing to participate in February’s Super Rugby Pacific competition for the first time.
O’Connor confirmed that Drua’s Head of Athletic Performance, Naca Cawanibuka, flew out of the country yesterday to be in time for the meeting.
The assistant coaches are Brad Harris and former international rugby referee Glen Jackson.
“They’re going to discuss about their preparations and also prepare for the arrival of the players to their training base,” O’Connor said.
