Swire Shipping Fijian Drua players’ availability to play in the Skipper Cup competition starting this Saturday will elevate the Fiji Rugby major division level of competition.

Drua head coach Mick Byrne said apart from the 23 players in the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific opener against the Blues this Saturday those who will be released to play are those not carrying injuries.

Bryne is expected to name his 23 players tomorrow with the team flying out on Friday for their SRP opener the following day at Okara Park, Whangarei, New Zealand.

Last season Drua players were released towards the end of the Skipper Cup season.
