Fiji Rugby Union to negotiate tests with Japan
The Fijiana will open their international campaign against Australia at GIO Stadium in Canberra on March 27 where they will challenge the Vuvale Bowl.

Plans are in the pipeline for the Fijiana XVs to have Test matches against Japan.
Fiji Rugby Union board chairman John Sanday said a few other Test matches have been lined up including two against South Africa.
“Further tests to be negotiated with Japan as part of the new MOU (Memorandum of Understanding),” Sanday said.

Fijiana XV matches for 2026:
- Fijiana vs Wallaroos (March 28th)
- Fijiana vs South Africa (TBC): (April 11th & 18th)- 2 Tests
- Oceania Womens Championship (TBC)- April/May
- WXV in September against Spain, Hong Kong China & Netherlands
