Fiji Bati captain Tui Kamikamica has extended his stay at the Melbourne Storm for another season.
The Somosomo, Taveuni native has signed a new one-year contract.
The club made the announcement on their website.
Kamikamica said he was excited to play for his 10th season with the Storm.
“Storm was the first club to give me an opportunity to play NRL. It has always been an honour to wear the purple jersey, and I’m excited to remain in Melbourne for 2026 and continue playing alongside my teammates,” he said on the club website.
He has made 138 appearances for the club since his debut against Penrith Panthers in 2027.
He has become a regular in Craig Bellamy’s squad, featuring in more than 20 games in each of the past three seasons, including 24 matches in 2025.
Kamikamica has also been part of Storm’s leadership group the past two years and has captained Fiji Bati since 2023, adding 23 international caps to his name.
Director of football Frank Ponissi said the club was delighted to extend Kamikamica’s time at Storm.
“Tui has been a tremendous servant to our club for the past nine years, and we’re pleased to have his signature confirmed for the 2026 season,” Ponissi said.
“He has been a loyal, hard-working member of our squad for a long time, and we’re excited to have his continued leadership and impact as we continue our preparations for the season ahead.”
