Kolinisau to rotate players, Siqila cops 3-match ban

Fiji Airways Fiji men’s head coach Osea Kolinisau will make some changes to his team in their opening match of the HSBC Cape Town 7s which kicks off tomorrow.
This is after duo Sakiusa Siqila and Ilikimi Torosi’s match bans following their indiscipline at the Dubai 7s.
Siqila will miss three matches while Torosi has been handed a two-match ban.

Kolinisau said he was disappointed with the discipline of his side last weekend and will have a rotation of his players this weekend.
He hopes that they will improve at the Cape Town 7s which kicks off tomorrow.

“We will have a rotation and will bring out some of the players who have training and see how we go,” Kolinisau said.
“I was unhappy about getting two red cards and that’s something that we don’t want.
“We’ve talked about it and we’re making sure that we’re good with our discipline and we’re solid in our defenses, especially our one on one.”
Fiji will face hosts South Africa in their opener at 10:44pm tomorrow. They will take on Great Britain at 1:38am on Sunday while their last pool match against New Zealand will be 5:19am.
Meanwhile, the Fijiana 7s side will face USA in their opening match at 8:44pm.
