The Macuata rugby team is on a mission to win their first Skipper Cup match against Suva at the Suva Grammar School ground today.
Macuata Rugby Union vice-president Jioji Vuakaca said they need to be at their best if they are to stand a chance of upsetting Suva.
“Suva is a champion side and playing them on their turf is not an easy assignment,” he said.
Vukaca said they are not giving up but instead would give their all.
He has called all Macuata people living in Suva to come out in numbers and support the team.
The Macuata U20 side takes on Suva at 1pm followed by the senior men’s clash at 3pm.
