Seru Uru anticipates a tough match

Queensland Reds lock Seru Uru is anticipating a solid challenge against the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua on home soil.

Uru said he is expecting a physical contest.

The two teams will meet tomorrow at Churchill Park, Lautoka in their Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific round six clash.

“We know it’s going to be a tough battle,” Uru said.

“I’m really looking forward to the game, especially playing in Lautoka in front of family.

“It’s always special coming back to Fiji to play against the Drua. We know it’s going to be a tough game, but it’s a special one.”

Uru said it was also good to line up alongside fellow Fijians Filipo Daugunu and Ben Volavola who have been with the Reds for a few years now.

Uru and Daugunu are named in the starting line-up while Volavola is named on the bench.

The match kicks off at 3:35pm.
