Top Tests For Fijiana Drua

The Fijiana Drua will not only play in the 2022 Super W competi­tion, but international Test matches as well.

This was revealed to SUN­sports yesterday by Drua head coach Senirusi Seru­vakula who said they would play Japan and the Austral­ian Wallaroos at the end of the Super W competition.

The Fijian Drua flies out to­day to their base at Runaway Bay in Brisbane, Australia.

“It’s exciting and an hon­our to play in the Super W,” he said.

“After the Super W finals we will stay back for another two weeks. The first week we will play against Japan and then the following week on May 7 we play against the Wallaroos.”

Seruvakula added that the side would return home on May 8.

The squad is made up of 22 local-based players; Japan –based duo of Jiowana Sauto and Timaima Ravisa, left with the team this morning from Nadi.

Six overseas-based players will join the team in Aus­tralia.
