Santa brings joy to children at TappooCity

Children’s laughter filled TappooCity Suva as Santa Claus and his elf delighted young visitors with complimentary golf cart rides during the festive season.

The annual Christmas tradition, which ran from December 12 to 26, saw families flock to the shopping complex for the much-loved festive experience.

“This much-loved initiative has been successfully conducted over several years and continues to receive an enthusiastic response from families and young visitors, adding a special touch of joy and excitement to the holiday season,” said Sathya Narayanan, operations manager of TappooCity Suva.

The golf cart rides operated daily between 10am and 5pm, exclusively for children.

TappooCity also extended its Christmas spirit to the children of Dilkusha Home, treating them to pizzas, golf cart rides with Santa, and an hour-long play session at the Indoor Fun World.

Adding to the festivities, the Masti Dance Group performed at the Food Court on December 23, attracting large crowds.

The celebrations continued on Christmas Eve with a live performance by renowned local artist Laisa Vulakoro of The Vude Vibes Band, scheduled from 4pm to 7pm, promising an evening of music and Christmas cheer for the wider community.

The festive rides featuring Santa Claus quickly became a highlight for families visiting the Level 4 venue, creating memorable moments during the holiday season.
