Post Fiji’s head of marketing and retail, Isaac Mow, enjoys gardening.

“A lot of people don’t know I have a farm in Tailevu where we grow dalo and yaqona,” he said.

He also serves as coach and technical advisor for the Marist women’s rugby team and the Marist Rugby Club.

Mr Mow’s rise to fame began at an early age when he played rugby on a national and international level.

Through professional rugby, he resided and played the sport in New Zealand and France.

His exposure in France has enabled him to help post Fiji rugby players to France.

Such examples would include names such as Netani Talei, Jale Vatubua and Apisa Waqaliva.

Mr Mow has been with Post Fiji for the past 19 years.

Mr Mow is a former student of Marist Brothers High School.

What Is One Place On Your Bucket List?

Lau.

I’ve been to Vanuabalavu, but no further.

Our furthest post office apart from Rotuma, would be Ono-i-Lau, which is closer to Tonga than it is to Fiji.
