The appointment of the Fiji Public Service Association general secretary held by Rajeshwar Singh has been brought up for contest in court.

The case will be called in the Employment Relations Tribunal on February 17, 2023.

Former association member Raemila Rakesh filed an application seeking determination whether the qualification criteria for the election of the general secretary was consistent with Section 127 of the Employment Act.
