Police are continuing their search for the two remaining suspects.
Meanwhile, ACP Vusonilawe confirmed that the suspect linked to a burglary case in Nausori is currently on remand.
He said Police received a report on August 12 regarding an alleged assault, leading to the suspect's arrest, charging and appearance in court on August 14. The suspect was remanded until August 26.
ACP Vusonilawe said the burglary report, relating to an incident that also occurred on August 12, was officially lodged on August 14 while the suspect was being processed for the assault case.
He said Police would apply to the court for the suspect to be remanded in police custody to allow investigators to continue inquiries into the burglary allegation.
"Divisional operations teams are taking seriously concerns raised over robberies, burglaries and petty crimes," ACP Vusonilawe said.
He said Police would conduct more targeted operations in the coming weeks to ensure officers were being proactive rather than reactive, particularly as the country heads into a busy period marked by school holidays and major events.
