Services improve
BTL has heard through the grapevine that complaints against Government services in the various ministries have dropped.
This comes as no surprise as the FijiFirst Government introduced changes after being elected for a second term in office.

Is it a ‘taxi fever’
Are you surprised any more by the number of taxis getting involved in accidents? You would think there is a “taxi fever”.
Some taxi drivers just don’t get it. Patience is a great virtue. It appears some drivers have little of it. Impatience heightens accident risks. The rush to make the quick buck is not worth it
It would be interesting to see the percentage of taxi involvement in road accidents.
Politics versus reality
In politics it is very easy for someone in Opposition to attack opponents in the opposite camp in Parliament or other public forums.
In reality, it’s not the same at a more personal level engagement, BTL discovered during the recent sittings.

Government can have the best policies, best facilities, and best conditions of work, if attitude does not change things can come to naught.
The reality is that the old culture must go replaced by the new culture of professionalism. When that happens then service delivery will improve and people will be happy.
