RICHARD SHOULD TAKE HIS BLINKERS OFF!

If Richard Naidu takes his blinkers off he might see some clarity. His incessant sniping at the Fiji Sun on media freedom and freedom of expression is motivated by his political affilia­tion. The party that he supports and other political parties were offered free space to express their views in the biggest and highest selling Saturday Fiji Sun edition. Other parties took up the offer but his party declined it. BTL rests its case.

NAVUA MISSES  TUI NAMOSI

They missed the Tui Namosi, Ratu Suliano Matanitobua, at the Fiji Day celebrations in Navua yesterday.

Organisers had prepared a seat for him at the main dais because he is a popular and widely respected leader in the area but he did not show up. He was a top Navua and national soccer rep before he entered politics. The SODELPA MP is contesting the November 14 General Election.

WHAT ABOUT THE COMMONERS?

Can a commoner become deputy leader for SODELPA? Does it have to be a chief? Is it a qualification to be a leader
