Let’s Turn Up To Work, Attend School, Keep Shops Open As Normal Today To Defy Those Who Want To Cause Trouble
Those who want instability represent the minority and we cannot allow them to impose their will on us. They thrive on it to satisfy their narrow and selfish political interests at the expense of the rest of the country.

Let’s not make a rumoured threat of unrest today credible by staying home.
There is no good reason for parents to stop their children from going to school.
Workers should report to work and businesses should open their shops as normal.

The general public should come out and show that they have nothing to worry about because the guardians of national security, the Republic of Fiji Military Forces and the Police are ready to neutralise any attempt to create instability.

So, no one should be afraid or fear an unrest because it will not happen.
Those who witnessed the events of 1987 and 2000 do not want to see a re¬peat of those dark days when inno¬cent people were victims of political turmoil.
They devastated people’s lives and ruined the economy the impact of which we are still recovering from to¬day.
Those who want instability represent the minority and we cannot allow them to impose their will on us. They thrive on it to satisfy their narrow and selfish political interests at the expense of the rest of the country.
The sad part is that this is being fuelled by overseas Fijians who do not care what happens to the people who live here.
So let’s stand united and reject the politics of fear, division and racism.
