Development partners Australia is so kind and proactive in their approach to assist Pacific Small Islands Nations and Fiji is getting a brand new Navy Vessel RFNS Timo to replace the RFNS Puamau which ran aground in Fulaga Lau months ago.
Yaqona, alcohol or narcotic dangerous drugs could be the cause, but the investigations is forever taking too long to surface.
