I have been living in Sydney, Australia, for the past decade and have always visited Fiji every year, except during COVID.

Some suggestions for stakeholders:

    • Improve road rules like crossing lights in Nadi never worked;
    • Most businesses will attract more customers if there's air-conditioning;
    • Have the hotels in Nadi checked regularly for quality and cleanliness;
    • Regulate airfares with Fiji Airways and its rule of 30kg one bag is ridiculous. I chose Qantas for the first time for this reason; and
    • Improvement to the markets as it's been the same - both Nadi and Suva.

    I would also recommend the Grand Pacific Hotel for their customer service.

    Fiji can still be the way the world it wants it to be.
