Without an overseas official leave application, Henry Brown abruptly deserted the Fiji Police Force in 2016 and jetted overseas, where he then submitted his resignation letter just as he was about to be investigated by police for some of his serious misdemeanours.

But he is here now, and why not investigate him.

Or is he above the law and our country's 2013 Constitution?

I totally agree with ACP Livai Driu, when questioning Brown on why he is talking and commenting on police work now when he has already resigned.

Or is he trying to be relevant?
