Is Ratu Inoke Takiveikata the boss? Is it GCC or the Government of the day? Pardoned Naitasiri paramount chief said in his interview during the GCC meeting at Pacific Harbor that our Government must listen to the GCC meeting resolutions and must carry out the recommendations of the GCC.
