Our Prime Minister said a Labasa businessman, Parmod Chand, was given money to buy a cane harvester.
One Parmesh Chand was given money to assist his business also.
Well, this shows FijiFirst helps everybody who needs help. I would like to know under what scheme were these two people given money? Was the money given as a loan or grant?
