It will be a test for the new players in the final day of rugby 7s competition today at Marist Saint Josephs Stadium, Lotopa.
The Gareth Baber-coached side recorded good wins in the first day of competition yesterday as they thumped Wallis and Futuna 51-0, thrashed New Caledonia 47-0 and defeated Cook Islands 21-0 in their final match.

Fiji is wary of the challenge today in particular from hosts Samoa but believes that only God knows the plan.
“If God willing, he will get us to the final then we will go up against some world series teams like Samoa.”
Playing at Marist grounds is similar to playing at home.
“It’s a good stadium here, it’s a nice tight stadium, it’s like playing back home for the boys and they have put a good performance on day one, we pretty much control the game.”
Fiji plays their final pool match against Nauru at 9:56am today.
