Bula FC ready for Solomon Kings test in PNG

Extra Bula FC is confident of securing its first win of the OFC Pro League as it prepares to face Solomon Kings FC in round two at Santos National Football Stadium in Port Moresby on Sunday.

The Extra Bula FC team is prepared to take on Solomon Kings FC in round two of the OFC Pro League competition at Santos National Football Stadium in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea (PNG) on Sunday.

Bula FC captain Roy Krishna said the players have gained expo-sure and experience in the professional environment after round one in Auckland, New Zealand.

“It’s good to be back and playing here (PNG) is always a privilege,” Roy said.

“The boys are ready and we’re looking forward to a good round two.”

Roy added that his squad of young players have gelled well after two games.

“We just need to play and follow the game plan to get our first win. The Solomon King FC is a good side, and we know most of the players from their national team, but we are going to focus on our-selves.”

Roy urged all Bula FC fans living in PNG to turn up and support them in their third match of the season. The Bula FC side is looking for their first win of the season after a 2-2 draw with Vanuatu United and 0-1 loss to Auckland FC.

Bula FC is in fifth place of the OFC League standings with one point while Solomon Kings is placed third with four points.
