Tuivuna, Delattre Win Nadi Season-Opening Golf Event
Suva golfers Tomasi Tuivuna and Bruno Delattre made a winning start to the 2026 season after claiming top honours at the Nadi season-opening two-man Ambrose tournament at Nadi Airport Golf Club.

Suva pair Tomasi Tuivuna and Bruno Delattre took out the Nadi 2026 season opening golf event at Nadi Airport Golf Club in Wailoaloa last Saturday.

Tuivuna's team carded 57.5 points ahead of Isei Waqa and Patrick (61.75 points) as Taitusi Tuivuci and Lin (63.5 points) settled for third spot.
"What a way to kick off the season," said Tuivuna.
"We all woke up to a lingering drizzle, but that didn't stop anyone, even Bruno. The golf went on, spirits stayed high and the competition was fierce."
Nadi Airport Golf Club executive Ricky Locke said that the two-man Ambrose attracted 48 players.
"Suva Golf Club players made their presence felt with a clean sweep at the top three," he said.
"Despite the weather, it was a great day of golf, laughter, and good company. Thanks to everyone who turned up, and here's to an awesome season ahead".
