The Naitasiri Secondary School Under-17 rugby team is looking to secure a spot in the Vodafone Fiji Secondary School’s Southern Zone quarterfinals.
Team manager Simione Delailagi shared this after his side thrashed John Wesley College 48-3 at the Suva Grammar School grounds last Saturday.

“We may lack proper training equipment, but this team has grit, a strong work ethic and unity, which led to a dominant win.”
Delailagi acknowledged the support his team received during the match.
“We have to iron out several areas before our next game. The players have to stick to the game plan and work on their positioning on the field.”
Delailagi is confident his team will continue to improve after learning from their 27-3 loss to Gospel High School in Round One.
“It’s our first win, but there are still a lot of lessons the players need to learn,” he added.
