Suva Grammar School will face Queen Victoria School in the Vodafone Deans Under-16 final.
The Grammarians thrashed Nasinu Secondary School 22-0 in the first semifinal.
QVS edged Mahatma Gandhi Memorial School 17-15 in the second semifinal.
MGM led 15-14 before the young men from Matavatucou kicked a late penalty to win.
