A major Denarau Island resort has been named among Fiji’s top family‑friendly holiday destinations for 2025, reinforcing the country’s reputation as a premium family tourism market.

Radisson Blu Resort Fiji has secured a place in the top three best family resorts in the four‑star‑plus category, following a year‑long selection process based on feedback from parents and travelling families.

The recognition reflects growing demand for resorts offering quality facilities, child‑focused experiences and strong service standards, as family travel continues to drive tourism growth across the Pacific.

The result reflects consistent performance, repeat visitation and an ability to deliver memorable experiences for both children and adults.

The recognition was announced by Holiday With Kids, a leading family and lifestyle magazine, which surveyed and analysed feedback from more than 600,000 parents across its print, digital and social media platforms.

Editor Aleney de Winter said the awards celebrated properties that continued to raise the standard for family holidays through innovation, comfort and experience-led travel.

The accolade follows significant investment at Radisson Blu Resort Fiji, Denarau Island, including the reopening of its upgraded kids’ facilities after an eight-month refurbishment completed in August 2025.

The resort has since expanded its family offering with new entertainment and shared activity spaces designed to appeal to younger guests while encouraging time together as a family.

General manager Charles Homsy said the award reflected the effort of staff who focus on creating meaningful experiences for visiting families.

He noted that the improvements were aimed at strengthening Fiji’s reputation as a safe, engaging and high-quality destination for family travel.

Family-focused facilities at the resort include dedicated children’s pools, play areas, creative spaces and outdoor lawns, reinforcing its position in a competitive tourism sector where family-friendly infrastructure is increasingly shaping booking decisions.
