Every licensed real estate agent, branch manager and salesper-son in Fiji will be bound by a new mandatory Code of Conduct from August 1, 2026.
This was announced yesterday as the Real Estate Agents Licensing Board (REALB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Fiji National University (FNU) at its Nabua Campus.
REALB chairperson and chief executive officer Ilimotama Cawi said the code, which sets out standards of honesty, fiduciary duty and professionalism, would become a mandatory condition of licence for every practitioner in the industry.
