A heavy rain alert remains in force for the whole of Fiji as a trough of low pressure continues to affect the country.
Weather officials say associated cloud, showers and rain are expected over the next few days, with a moist northeasterly wind flow prevailing across the group.
Occasional rain, heavy at times with thunderstorms, is forecast for the Yasawa and Mamanuca groups, Serua-Namosi, Navua-Suva-Nausori, Tailevu-Naitasiri, Ra-Rakiraki, Vanua Levu, Taveuni and nearby smaller islands, as well as the Lau and Lomaiviti groups and Kadavu.

Elsewhere, fine weather is expected, with occasional rain and thunderstorms developing later today.
The forecast confidence is rated moderate.
Authorities have warned of possible flash flooding in low-lying and flood-prone areas, including informal settlements, businesses and Irish crossings, which may lead to traffic disruptions.
Surface flooding is also expected in urban areas with poor drainage.
Drivers are being urged to take caution, as wet roads and reduced visibility during heavy downpours could increase the risk of accidents.
