The Lautoka Football Association (LFA) has opened applications for several key positions as it moves to further strengthen its development structure within the Western Division.

The Lautoka Football Association (LFA) has opened applications for several key positions as it moves to further strengthen its development structure within the Western Division.
Vacancies are available for the roles of head coach, assistant coach, technical adviser, kit manager, team manager and team director.
For coaching positions, applicants must hold a minimum OFC (Oceania Football Confederations) C Licence and demonstrate the ability to identify, nurture and develop players.
A strong understanding of long term player development pathways and grassroots football is considered essential.
All applicants are expected to show a strong commitment to the Association and its objectives, including the willingness to volunteer on weekends and after-hours on weekdays when required.
The LFA is also seeking individuals with proven leadership qualities, good communication and organisational skills, and a genuine passion for football and community development.
Applicants must demonstrate professionalism, discipline and integrity, and be capable of working with players across all age groups.
Lautoka FA president Shalendra Prasad (pictured) told Fiji FA Media the call for applications reflects their commitment to building a strong and sustainable football system.
“We are looking for passionate, committed and disciplined individuals who genuinely want to contribute to the growth of football in Lautoka,” Prasad said.
These roles are critical to building strong foundations at grassroots and youth levels, and to ensuring our players are guided by capable leaders both on and off the field.

Interested individuals are required to submit a brief letter of interest along with relevant qualifications and experience to the Lautoka FA secretary via email at asif_bob2004@yahoo.com
Applications will be assessed on merit, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
The application closes on Sunday, February 1.

Ayush Chand has left Rewa to be part of Tailevu/Naitasiri squad along with Nadroga’s Salimoni Ravonokula and Sakiusa Saqiri.
Vinayak Rao of Nadi has got his release to join Nasinu.
Mohammed Rasasa leaves Tailevu/Naitasiri for Rewa while Nadroga’s Tevita Ravea joins Navua.
