Police Confirms Mystery Death Of Girl, 8, Found At A Nadi Resort

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro says a staff nurse from Nadi Hospital called Police to report the death of an eight-year-old child.

Ms Naisoro said the child was found by a 64-year-old who was coming back from the pool of a resort when he saw the victim lying motionless near a flower garden.

This was on February 9 and the girl is believed to be from Australia.

A staff at Nadi Hospital morgue said as per their record Police had brought in the body of a girl on Thursday.
