Father Beating Daughter in Video Further Remanded
The man faces one count of assault causing actual bodily harm.

The 43-year-old father accused of beating his 12-year-old daughter in Nausori earlier this year has been further remanded.
He was remanded following a ruling by Magistrate Seinikavika Jiuta on Monday at the Nausori family court.
The man faces one count of assault causing actual bodily harm.

His actions came to light through a viral video on Facebook, where he was seen beating his daughter for allegedly refusing to respond to his calls.
The case has been adjourned until March 3 for further proceedings.
