Moira Solvalu has been a fashion designer since 2009 and launched a summer wear collection during the Fiji Fashion Week show over the weekend.
The mother of one was inspired by her son’s love for swimming that she designed swim- wear using local designs.
Ms Sulvalu said when launching a new collection, it was best they did it on a fashion runaway.

“I hope that a fashion school would be set up for young talented designers."

I would like to visit Rotuma, and get back to my roots and find something that inspires me for my next collections called the Ikau collection in the next fashion show.
