Japan Gives $1,058,812 For Nadave Project

The Government of Japan donated FJ$1,058,812 (US$ 472,662) for the construction of new classrooms, dormitories and furniture at the Centre for Ap­propriate Technology and Develop­ment (CATD) in Nadave.

The Government of Japan donated FJ$1,058,812 (US$ 472,662) for the construction of new classrooms, dormitories and furniture at the Centre for Ap­propriate Technology and Develop­ment (CATD) in Nadave.

This is through Japan’s Grant As­sistance for Grass-Roots Human Se­curity Projects (GGP).

About Grass-Roots Human Secu­rity Projects:

The GGP Programme is part of the overall Japanese Official devel­opment assistance (ODA) imple­mented by the Embassy of Japan in order to empower the people from the grassroots level.
