Fiery Flying Fijian loose forward, Peceli Yato, made his return to the French Top 14 competition on Saturday after recovering from a serious knee injury.
He was injured since December 2021 and had been undergoing rehab.
Yato came in as a replacement in the 50th minute but was not able to do much as his club Clermont suffered a 34-14 loss to Lyon.
Burly winger turned centre Josua Tuisova and Tavite Veredamu scored a try each for Lyon while Temo Mayanavanua toiled hard at lock.
