Bus veers into church compund after collision near Nasinu Road

A Nasese bus veered off the highway and ended up in a roadside ditch inside a church compound opposite the Nasinu Road junction at around 6am today.

Nearby residents said the bus collided with a car before leaving the road. There were no passengers on board the bus at the time of the accident.

The drivers of both the vehicles were rushed to the hospital after sustaining serious injuries.

Police investigations are ongoing.
