$850,000 Westpac Theft Case Still Open

A case of the alleged theft of $850,000 cash belonging to Westpac Fiji is still open and investigation is ongoing.

This was confirmed by Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro on Tuesday.

Those who were working on April 13, 2022, during the normal routine money transfer assignment have been questioned by the two Police teams from Vanua Levu and Viti Levu last year and released.
