Kritish Nand could only watch helplessly as a fire destroyed his family’s home in Kabisi, Sigatoka, on Saturday.
His eight-bedroom home was occupied by him, his mother and his nephew and niece.
“That was our family home, built by my father in the seventies. The house was concrete with a wooden roof. We could not save anything; the fire destroyed everything,” he said.
