FICAC lawyer Rashmi Aslam requested Justice Vincent Perera for more time to go through the court records thoroughly to ascertain whether it is correct or not.
Mr Sharma did not object to the same and indicated that it would be the preferable course of action adding that on the next court date directions could be sought for lawyers to file their submissions accordingly.
The case was then adjourned to February 15, 2018 for mention.
