Cancer Survivors Are Nurturers Of Society

The Self Care Retreat-Fiji, a pi­oneering platform designed to provide a support network for women cancer survivors, has unveiled its official logo.

The programme, established by Mereane Vavataga, is dedicated to fostering healing, support, and re­juvenation through top-notch self-care retreats for its participants.

The inspiration for this unique initiative sprouted from a personal experience close to Ms. Vavataga’s heart.

“After one of my closest friends was diagnosed with breast cancer, I decided it would be best if our trio of friends took a girls’ trip some­where,” she explained.
