Ballantine Memorial School Under-18 rugby captain Luisa Namarua has set her goal to play for the Rooster Fijiana Drua.
The Serua native is inspired by Drua captain Bitila Tawake after leading the Fijiana Drua to win the Super Win their debut year.
While most of her team-mates played for Nasinu in the Royal Team Marama Championship, Namarua played rugby for the first time when she led the school team at the Weet-Bix Raluve Trophy competition.
The Delainavesi-based school in Lami, is on track for a spot in the national quarterfinals after they registered their second win, 15-5, against Lami High School at Marist Brothers High School ground last Saturday.

Grateful
Namarua says they are grateful to have a school girl's competition.
"It was a tough game," she said. "Lami High gave us a good game, they had the height and built but we were glad that the game ended in our favour.
"We did not lose hope and this win has set a platform for the rest of the games especially to win the inaugural Raluve Trophy.
"I know that rugby has created a career path for many women and I would like to follow their footsteps to become a Fijiana Drua player."
BMS had won 19-5 against Sacred Heart College in the first round of games.
