Loloma Heights claimed the U21 title after a strong 26-5 victory over Young Devo Babas in an intense final.

Loloma Heights were awarded a penalty try, extending their advantage to 14-0 at halftime.

Loloma Heights dominated the second half, adding two more tries through their forwards to stretch the lead to 26-0.
