No guest player transfers for Deans quarter-finals
Players from eliminated Deans teams cannot join quarter-finalists under revised competition rules.

Only teams that qualified for the Weet-Bix Raluve quarter-finals were allowed to re-register guest players this week.
Fiji Rugby Union acting chief operations officer Talemo Waqa confirmed yesterday that registration for the boys' competition had closed last week.
He clarified that players from schools eliminated in last week's Vodafone Deans Under-18 elimination or play-off matches cannot join another side for this week's quarter-finals.

"Only Raluve can re-register players this week because they did not play last week," Waqa said.
Asked whether members of eliminated teams could join another school for the Deans quarter-finals, Waqa replied: "No, they can't."
The extended registration period for Raluve teams closed yesterday.
The special registration window applied only during the week of the national play-offs and elimination rounds.
The amendment was introduced under the Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby Union's revised Deans Trophy Terms of Participation, allowing qualifying schools to register up to six guest players from other schools within the same zone.
Waqa said the rule was one of several changes approved by the interim FSSRU committee.
