Customers Living In Lami And Parts of Suva To Experience Intermittent Water Supply: WAF
The temporary interruption in water supply is due to low raw water inflow from the Savura and Waimanu Pump Stations to Tamavua Water Treatment Plant as a result of the prevailing weather conditions.

The Water Authority of Fiji (WAF) wishes to advise customers living in Lami and parts of Suva and surrounding areas that they may experience intermittent supply of water at times from today (05/03).
Affected areas include:
Delainavesi to Togalevu Naval Base

The temporary interruption in water supply is due to low raw water inflow from the Savura and Waimanu Pump Stations to Tamavua Water Treatment Plant as a result of the prevailing weather conditions.
WAF Engineers and Technical Teams are working to maintain operations at the pumping stations and treatment plants to sustain water levels in service reservoirs.
The Authority advises customers residing in the areas above to use water wisely and to store water for their immediate needs during this temporary disruption period.
Water carting trucks are on standby to service the affected areas during the temporary disruption period.
