The late legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar was described as a singer of immense resilience and effortless skill, a trailblazer, a woman of extreme determination and an artist like no other.
The Lata Mangeshkar Musical Night was held on Sunday night at Jai Narayan College in Suva.
Minister for Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation, Rosy Akbar said such platforms were extremely valuable to recognise and enhance the talents of Fiji’s artists and pave the way for bigger opportunities for them.
