Woman charged with murder over fatal Samabula fire
Police allege accused intentionally set fire to flat following property dispute.

A 48-year-old woman has been charged with murder following a fatal fire at Levuka Street, Samabula, on December 24, last year.
Police alleged the woman intentionally set fire to her flat after becoming dissatisfied with an arrangement to purchase the property that did not materialise.
A 19-year-old woman, who was inside one of the flats at the time, became trapped in the blaze and died.

Following investigations, Police charged the accused with one count of murder.
She is expected to appear in the Suva Magistrate Court this afternoon.
Police said investigations into the incident have been completed.
