There is a saying that you can take a horse to water, but you cannot make him drink.

The status of the Fiji Rugby 7s team is similar. Coach Ben Gollings can teach the players all the tricks and techniques of the game, but he

cannot think and run for them on the ground.

This is the primary reason for the Fiji team’s losing streak.

To start winning, our players must set aside the classroom lessons and learn to quickly adapt to the opponent’s strategies.

In other words, they must think on their feet once they run onto the paddock.

There is no need to relieve the coach of his assignment.
