The thrill of driving the Fijian fastest custom made 18 metre long powerboat Excitor Fiji confirms Inoke Tabua’s love for the sea.

The vessel can accommodate up to 55 passengers at one time. It operates numerous and varied excursions out of Port Denarau to surrounding island resorts.
“Being in this business is very interesting because I get to meet people every day from around the world and at the end of the day it’s good to see them enjoying their ride on Fiji’s fastest vessel,” Mr Tabua said.
The father of three said he had been a seafarer for more than a decade operating huge foreign fishing vessels and barges.
“It’s always been my childhood dream to become a seafarer, it’s a decision I had never regretted but it comes with a lot challenges too, well that’s life,” he said.
He advises young people to follow their dreams if they want to become boat captains or seafarers.
“Follow your dreams, I was brought up in the village so my life was usually surrounded by the sea, that made me want to become a boat captain I can operate my office from the sea,” he said with a smile.
