Getting whatever points that are on offer matters the most.
This was the view of Naitasiri Under-20 rugby head coach Lasarusa Senibale after they beat Ba 26-5 in their Skipper Cup at Ratu Cakobau Park, Nausori, last Saturday.
This weekend, Naitasiri takes on Nadi to complete their Skipper Cup competition before heading to the play-offs.

“The good thing is that we got five points as we have come to the competition stage, where points matter for easy access to the quarterfinal and semifinal,” Senibale said.
“We came with the target of five points, and we got it against Ba. We were very slow with our start and we need to work harder on it.”
The wily coach said they cannot afford another slow start against Nadi or they would be punished for it.
“We will test ourselves by playing against a good team like Nadi before we go into the elimination stages.”
Senibale said Ba is a different team when compared to Nadi.
“Nadi has big strong forwards, so we are going to strategize our plan on that.

“Hopefully it works out for us. Nadi is one of the teams that always stood up when tested.”
He called on Naitasiri fans to be at Ratu Cakobau Park, this Saturday, to back the Highlanders U20 and seniors teams in this must-win clash against Nadi.
“This is our last match of the season. We hope to finish off the domestic season with a win before we move on to the knockout stages of the competition.”
