This has been a good year for the Naitasiri Rugby Union.
This was the view of NRU president Ratu Peceli Rinakama
Speaking to SUNsports last Saturday after the Naitasiri senior men’s side beat Nadi 24-20 on a wet Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.

“For the first time this year, we had our women’s rugby team playing alongside our men’s teams,” Ratu Peceli said.
The retired school principal said his gratitude goes to their coaches of Ilaitia Tuisese, Lasarusa Senibale and Noame (Rabeni).
“The teams have made the top eight and qualify for the Skipper Cup quarterfinals.”
Impressive for Naitasiri was No.10 Senjiale Qiokata who had his kicking boots on after converting three penalties and a conversion.
Nadi fielded Fijian Drua players of Tuidrki samusamuvodre at first-five eighth, prop Meli Tuni while lanky lock Sailosi Vukalokalo.
