Captain Sesoni Komaisoso has been in the maritime industry for more than 30 years of which 18 was spent away from his family.

He is the Manager Ships Inspection at Maritime Safety Authority of Fiji.

To make up for lost times, he would take his family for a week-long trip to any place in Fiji.

He said tourists spent so much money to visit Fiji whereas most locals do not realise the beauty of our beloved country.

Its scenery, the fauna and flora there is to explore.

How Many Places Have You Visited Around Fiji?

I have travelled to all the maritime ports and also to the interior of Viti Levu and Vanua Levu.

What Is One Place In Fiji That Remains On Your Bucket List, And Why?

I have been to places across Fiji and the world.

My bucket list is almost empty.

I am not a resort-type of person, however, I have really enjoyed the services and items offered at Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa, Denarau Island.
